And according to some observers in the field of security, Conficker have been attacked more than 2.5 million PC on 15 January 2009. Not satisfied with the attack that was made by Conficker, namely Conficker B, the virus is now ready to launch the new variants that Conficker C. This variant appears as a form of resistance to security vendors, particularly some of the security vendors are trying to protect your entire PC from malicious virus attacks or some malware. For that to all PC users, especially those often connected with the Internet should always be cautious with this virus. And according to information that has been circulating, virus attack to do this in a way make a connection to more than 75,000 between the different domains with each other to update the copy. Each format has advantages and also some of the existing shortfall. For that you must be selective in choosing. If you need a picture with a high level of detail, the format is a bitmap of your choice is right. However, if you select the image format with the vector, the level of detail will be generated image of a low. Bitmap image from the arranged point in the color. Bitmap images are usually used for in the field of photography. Meanwhile, the image vector using basic techniques such as point, line, curve, and form of the polygon. Point, line, curve, is prepared by using coordinates, and can also be filled with some color pictures. Because this system uses, then the format vector images can be enlarged and also reduce, without changing the quality of the detail of the image. While the format of bitmap images, as this image consists of a number of pixels which is fixed, but will be decreased and if it changes the picture enlarged. Because that are scalable, many designers who use the system image and vector formats. The computers will be purchased with more than sufficient RAM. But after some years this will become insufficient due to the new programmers that crop up. More memory power is required for the latest operating systems. When a computer has insufficient RAM, it changes the spill over data very often from the hard drive and thus reduces the performance of the computer.

There may be various reasons for the slow performance of a computer. One among them is the RAM capacity. It is advised to check up the RAM immediately when the computer breaks down. How can the requirement of RAM be verified? It is very simple. Just go to the windows task manager and then press Ctrl+Alt+Del to go to the performance tab. The vista users should just click start task manager. If the figure indication is zero next to Available in the case of windows and Free in the case of Vista, then it is a must that the RAM has to be upgraded. In general, 1 GB RAM is quite sufficient for the users of average Windows XP. The computer that is utilized for running programs like functioning with images and burning of CD’s with Nero Express programme will have a better speed with 1 GB RAM than the 512 MB RAM. But a minimum of 2 GB RAM is required for those users who utilize the computer with the programmers to work with the huge graphic files or digital video. Here again, it is recommended to have 2 GB RAM for a better performance for those computers which are to be upgraded to windows vista. There are various types of RAM available in the market. Some of them are DDR, DDR2 and DDR3. Those RAM which are produced with the new technology will definitely have a fast performance. But, in general almost many mother boards do accept only one kind of RAM. Hence, it is a must for the user to check up the manual of the computer regarding the type of the RAM that can be installed and its procedure before finalizing the capacity of the RAM and its type. There are also various online equipment available to get the information handy regarding the usage of the type of the RAM in the computer. Many of the computers that are upgraded now use mostly the dual channel memory. This is mainly due to its extreme good performance. Thus the preference now goes to install two numbers of 512 MB RAM than one number of 1 GB RAM. Here again, the documentation has to be checked before taking up the installation work of RAM. It is also safe to buy quality product without minding paying of a little higher cost rather than going for an inferior quality.
Author: Lesley Lyon

You can also receive a file that is infected with a virus attachment in your e-mail. Once you run the file, the virus code will run and start infected your computer and can also spread to all the files on your computer network. Trojan horse Trojan horse is a program that seems like a valid program or normal, but the actual program code with carrying functions that are very dangerous for your computer. If you run this file then it will download the program and will utilize your computer to connect your computer to a particular website. The target, of course, to make a website before overload and ultimately can not be accessed properly by the other party. This is often called a denial of service attack or (DoS). Trojan can not spread as fast as a virus, trojan because it does not make a copy of itself automatically. But in line with the development of the virus, the trojan horse can work together with the virus to propagate itself in the case. The virus is able to download a trojan to store data on your keyboard keystroke or steal the information on your computer. On the other hand, trojan also be used for a computer with a virus. Worm Worm can be similar to the virus but the worm does not require a carrier in this program or a document. In line with the development of the computer virus in the world at this time until the effects of this virus is more and more. The virus can spread through e-mail, such as the Sobig virus, and to be able to create e-mail traffic which is very large, of course, will make the server become slow or even a crash. Even if it does not happen until the company who felt disturbed by incidents such as this server will be decided. Steal personal data Bugbear-D Worm, for example, able to store personal data about your keyboard keystroke, including passwords and so forth. Earlier recordings will usually be sent to the creator of the virus to be used more.Use your computer to attack a site MyDoom, for example, it infected many computers around the world to attack the SCO site traffic data is very large. This will make the site will extraordinary and will eventually crash and can not serve other users. This is called the common denial of service (DoS).Leaving the others to hijack your computer Some put the trojan virus backdoor on the computer and this will make the creator of the virus can be connected to the computer and can be used further in accordance with the desires. On this occasion, I will provide guidance on how to select a video card or cards with a regular VGA (Video Graphics Adapter), which according to our needs. How is ready? Ok, so I just let's start. What is the VGA card? VGA card is the component that has the task of producing a visual image from your computer. Almost all programs generate output signals such as visual, VGA card is the hardware that gives the command to the monitor to display visual output that we can see. Factors that need to be if we will select the VGA card are as follows: Software Note the type of software you use. Software circulating in the market today, especially for the type of game that requires a lot of "3-D acceleration", so if you are fans of the game is time to upgrade our VGA card with the chip using the latest models, such as the 3dfx Voodoo 3, ATI Rage 128, Matrox G400, nVidia Riva TNT2 who already have memory ranging from 128 MB to 512 MB (may also be more). Whether you are a user of AutoCAD, Lightwave 3D, a professional 3D package or other? For this you need a VGA card that has a feature that both Open GL and if you need a "real-time previews" the required amount of RAM that has a large capacity. What is the fans and users of Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXPress, or other graphic applications? For this you need a VGA card with a high speed that supports "refresh rate" is high on the high resolution also, in general, requires VGA card with at least 128 MB of memory. If you spend some time with your Microsoft Word, Quicken, or Netscape? Business applications in general can work well with almost any type of VGA card on the market, such as: S3 Savage, ATI Rage Pro, or Intel i740. Price How many funds should you prepare? Maybe you want to have a VGA card that can be required for the purposes of all kinds of games to business applications, but when funding is limited, so will be very difficult to get it. Assumptions as possible when you have a budget of less than 50 USD you will only get the VGA card that supports a simple application, whereas for the VGA card that is required to run 3D games well may require about USD 100 - USD 300, and for users of professional graphics applications need of funds may exceed USD 1000. Computer system that is used 3D Accelerator card is the fastest on earth will not be useful if you have the CPU is not adequate. A computer with a Pentium 200MHz MMX processor can not provide the maximum results in a fast 3D card. So better if you have a balanced system. For example, such as CPU Intel Dual Core have special abilities that improve performance over the maximum in the process graphics data. Do not occur until the "bottleneck" because the system does not match with your computer. Second, if you have a computer system that only has the type of PCI slot (do not have AGP slot), it will be limited in choosing the type of VGA card, because not all cards. VGA has the latest PCI interface. And also when the graphic chip that is in the motherboard of your PC may not be in the upgrade. Many of the motherboards that have a facility but does not have slot AGP.
